For many years our family has enjoyed Angela's Jamaican Fruit cake at Christmas Time. The cake combines the special texture of Caribbean black cake with the rich flavour of traditional English Christmas cake. Sumptuous multiculturalism! - Andrew, Hertfordshire

The first time I tasted Angela's fruit cake, I was captured....since coming to the UK, I had missed that tasty blend of dried fruit and rum in every moist delicious slice. Luckily for me, I could look forward to this treat every Christmas as well as special occasions throughout the year. - Joce, Hertfordshire

As for most talented individuals modesty seems to be their strongest suit and so it was with Angela and her amazing cakes.

Having been pitched by one of her friends , no doubt being well familiar with the suitability of the product. I asked for a sample which duly arrived. Suffice to say my counter top is always adorned with one of her cakes---- the rum to be exact--- and like a time lapse film no sooner placed than it sell. Woosh!!!

The cake in question combines all the vital components, ought I say ingredients, to arrive at a pleasing conclusion . A wonderous thing to behold

Angela embodies love, with a capital L  in all she does. She is curious, informed and passionate about cake, and more critically the quality and the taste . Most of all she understands and loves people and the nature and joy of community, family, friends and occasions....

Angela's Caribbean rum cake is so delicious, moist and flavoursome...It's now a firm Christmas favourite with all the family. Highly recommended. You will not be disappointed.
